Matthew Proctor, Founder & Managing Director - email
Matthew, the founding partner and Managing Director of Imagineering Technologies since 1998, has been at the forefront of Internet Technology Implementation in Australia since 1995. Matthew has grown the Imagineering Technologies group (ITPL) from an innovative internet services and communications company, introducing & delivering eCommerce to organisations such as Coles Group together with partner Michael Grace before eCommerce was a known entity, to a leading integrated services and data centre provider.
Coles Group continues as a major customer, with nearly 30 web and eCommerce servers housed and secured in the Melbourne IDC, and ITPL continues to source and supply expertise into the Coles Group applications development group.
Matthew heads up the network / applications security integration strategy and execution at Imagineering, and is responsible for infrastructure security and managed services provisioning. He is also a director of Imagineering Solutions and Eventix.
Matthew studied Computer Sciences at Latrobe University in Victoria, Australia prior to founding Imagineering Technology.
Hugo Wilhelm, Founder & General Manager - email
Hugo Wilhelm brings over 20 years of business, management & engineering expertise to his role as Manager of Operations and Finances at Imagineering. Mr. Wilhelm spent 13 years with Siemens in both Europe and Australia, culminating in his position as National Service Manager for the Australian Power Group.
Hugo was a founding partner of Imagineering Technology in 1998 and continues in the position of General Manager there.
Hugo holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Michael Grace, Founder, Security Services Division - email - full profile
With over 25 years in the IT & Telecommunications sectors, and nearly 10 of those launching & driving emerging technologies and companies in the Australasian and EMEA markets, Michael Grace has gathered extensive and intensive experience in the identification and qualification of security technologies and the associated vendors internationally.
Michaelīs most recent position before launching the security services division was as General Manager, Sales & Marketing, Network Box Australia, prior to that he served as Regional Director for Fortinet in Europe and was Regional Director for Netscreen in Australia New Zealand. He was formerly Regional VP, Sales, for WatchGuard in Europe/EMEA.
His earlier days included four years of introducing and implementing internet related technologies to enterprises for major ISPs Access One and iPrimus (HotKey) in Australia, as well as over seven years in engineering and project management with Telecom Australia. (now Telstra) and ten years of electronics and computer systems / applications development & management in Austria.
Roy Tischer, IT Services & Support Manager
Roy has gathered over 12 years of security, networking, applications integration and data centre exposure, training, certification and hands-on experience. The environments have ranged from enterprises through ISPs and services providers to SMEs. Recent certifications include Unified Threat Management Systems (UTMs), Spam and Spyware Firewalling systems as well as Security Management Systems.

Mark Brown, Director of Security Business Development
With over eighteen years in senior sales and operational management positions, predominantly in IT&T industries of Australia and Europe, Mark will now be focusing on sales processes and enterprise account development nationally at Imagineering.
Most recently he built the Unified Threat Management business as the Managed Security Practice Manager at Securix Australia, formerly he was the Director of European Operations at Cadence Design Systems and prior to this he served as the sales and general manager of Mentor Technologies in Australia.
Marks holds the Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Salisbury Polytechnic, Rhodesia.
