Imagineering Technologies (ITPL) announces joint venture with market builder dynamo GAMOA!

Melbourne, Victoria - 9 December, 2004

Imagineering Technologies (ITPL), a leading online industry solutions and services provider, today announced the joint venture with technology market dynamo GAMOA!, appointing Michael Grace as Chief Operating Officer of Imagineering in addition to his role as Director of joint venture entity Imagineering Market Solutions (IMS)

IMS will be incorporating the data technology and business support services of Imagineering Technologies into the GAMOA! market establishment, expansion and management operations for vendors, services providers and manufacturers. The merged entity will offer and deliver the full gamut of services and operations that companies may require in entering into or expanding their activities and revenue generation in the Australian, New Zealand and European markets. This will include market reviews, channel and sales model establishment, vendor representation, PR, product marketing and localisation, recruitment and executive search, lead generation, training and performance enhancement programs, staff motivational and personal improvement consultancy as well as providing virtual and serviced office facilities.

Michael Grace, who as majority shareholder of IMS will assume operational management and drive the venture, most recently headed up the Sales & Marketing operation for Network Box Australia, a vendor and provider of fully managed, multi-threat security systems and services, (Unified Threat Management), prior to that he served as Regional Director for Fortinet in Europe/EMEA after a year as Regional Director for Netscreen in Australia New Zealand. He was previously Regional VP, Sales, for WatchGuard in EMEA. His earlier days included four years building direct strategic enterprise and channel sales for Access One and establishing the commercial operation of iPrimus (Primus HotKey), in Australia. Michael created $multi-million revenues and growth for these technology vendors over an intensive 10 year period.
