Babyvoice - A Case Study
Babyvoice is an online service that allows expecting parents to annouce to their friends and family the birth of their new child.
Combining the World Wide Web, IVR (interactive voice response) systems and outbound voice calling systems, Babyvoice provides parents with a cost effective, fast, and most importantly, personalized annoucement service.
Parents are able to use the web site to upload their lists of friends and family (including phone numbers), record their personal greeting and annoucement via our IVR system, and schedule an annoucement to be sent simultaneously at any time.
